What we collect
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect your name, phone or Viber number, email address, the delivery area you tell us about, and the contents of your message. We ask for these so we can answer your enquiry and quote a delivered price. You do not have to use the form: you can call or message us instead.
Information collected automatically
Our web host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies and third-party services
This site uses services provided by other companies. When a page loads, these services may set cookies or receive your IP address and details of the page you are viewing, even if you do not click anything.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can limit advert tracking in your Facebook ad preferences. Blocking cookies may stop the map or the Facebook feed from displaying.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange delivery or installation, and keep a record of the sale. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except where it is needed to complete your order (for example, giving a delivery crew the address) or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Records connected to a completed sale are kept for as long as tax and business records must be retained.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to object to how we use it, to have it erased or blocked in certain cases, to data portability, and to be indemnified for damages.
